Phoebe Walters - Founder, President & Board of Director
Phoebe's Cupcakes L.L.C. is headed by President and Founder Phoebe Walters, an executive pastry chef who has been featured on The Food Network, Chicago Tribune, and TimeOut magazine; and whose cupcakes have appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show's website, ABC News in Chicago, and MSN. Ms. Walters has substantial experience in managing baking and food service operations. She is a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.

Kate McNamara - Founder, Executive Pastry Chef & Board of Director
Ms. McNamara has been instrumental in developing Phoebe's Cupcakes more than 200 flavors. She has substantial baking and retail cafe management experience and is a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.

Vanessa Daniele - Director of Corporate Communications
Ms. Daniele develops the communications strategy and executes all public relations campaigns for the company. Previously she was Senior Corporate Communications Specialist for StubHub, an eBay company headquared in company. Previously she was in the Corporate Communications division of Apple, Inc. and did public relations for Apple Store openings.

Chad Mollman - Board of Director
Mr. Mollman is the founder and CEO of Ascent Equity Capital, a Chicago-based venture capital fund focused on investments in consumer products and services, business-to-business services, and financial services companies. Since its inception in 2002 Ascent Equity Capital has generated an over 60% gross internal rate of return to its investors. Prior to founding Ascent, Mr. Mollman was a Vice President with Stolberg Equity Partners, a Denver based private equity group with investments primarily in consumer products and business-to-business services companies. Mr. Mollman began his career working in the mergers and acquisitions departments at Piper Jaffray and Dain Bosworth.
